Customer information submitted during checkout is used to process orders, delivery and support. Cart and wishlist preferences are stored in the browser for a faster shopping experience.

Checkout asks for your name, phone number, city, province and delivery address. Email and delivery instructions are optional. Trexo Store does not ask for card or online payment details because orders are Cash on Delivery.

Support and warranty requests

If you contact Trexo Care about an order, return, replacement or warranty claim, we may use your order details and any photos or videos you provide to review the issue and guide you through the applicable process. We only request information needed to resolve your support request.
